Can I hook up more than one printer?

You can but the standard Gemini 12 version can only drive 2 printers simultaneously.

Do I need to calibrate my monitor?

We do this for you during installation and training

What formats can I print?

PSD, Tiff, Jpeg, EPS, PDF

Can I connect with wifi?

The server has a fixed connection to the network, your client can connect through wireless network if it is shared in the same network.

What is the lease cost for a system?

Depends on the configuration, ask your sales rep.

What is a click?

A click represents an printed A4 on standard media. Ink, media and warranty are covered in the price

What does a click cost?

Depends on your volume per month and which media you print

Do I get service and support during the contract?

If you are not able to print we both do not earn money, therefore we offer premium support

Do i have to go to many menu's on the phone to get support?

We offer real live support. You will have a fixed engineer assigned to your account

Do you offer more then one brand as a printer (epson)?

In principal we could, but we have not seen better results with other brands
